How we intend to work
Documenting scope, payments, and refunds
Before any payment, we intend to share a written service scope, an itemised fee breakdown, and clear refund conditions. A future service agreement will identify both parties, the fee, responsibilities, exclusions, and dispute process.
Important: A service agreement on stamp paper is not itself a government guarantee. Enforceability depends on applicable law and careful drafting — our final legal documents will be professionally reviewed before commercial launch.

Will I see an itemised bill before paying anything?
Yes, that is the intended standard: a written scope and itemised fees shared before payment, not after.
Can I speak to a counsellor before deciding anything?
Yes. The first conversation is free and designed to answer your questions with no obligation to purchase a package.
What happens if we're unhappy with the service?
See the Trust Center's complaint and escalation path, and our Refund Policy placeholder for the intended structure. Final legal terms will be published after professional review.
Do you push students toward studying abroad for commission?
Our approach is career-first: India and abroad options are compared on merit. Any commercial relationship relevant to a recommendation is meant to be disclosed to your family, not hidden.
Is my child's data safe with you?
We intend to follow data minimisation and consent principles, described in the Trust Center. We do not collect sensitive documents such as passports or medical records in this milestone.
