Yes. The price shown for each plan is the official, final price — a one-time payment with no subscription. If a discount offer is currently running for a plan, both the original and discounted price are shown together.
Third-party costs such as university application fees, visa fees, standardized test fees, translation, courier, and government fees are generally separate unless a plan explicitly states otherwise. Each plan's card lists exactly what's included and what isn't.
A plan's card will say so directly if tax applies — either included in the price or added at checkout. If nothing is shown, tax hasn't been configured for that plan yet.
