Trust Center

Trust should be verifiable, not requested.

This page is meant to show who we are, how our services work, what fees cover, and what happens if something goes wrong. Where something isn't verified yet, we say so.

Payments

How payment protection is planned

Written service scope before payment

You receive a clear description of what is included before any money changes hands.

Itemised invoice and receipt

Every payment is mapped to a specific package and its deliverables.

Refund and cancellation conditions shared upfront

Conditions are shared and confirmed before payment, not discovered afterward.

Secure payment provider (planned)

A recognised, secure payment gateway is planned for future milestones; none is active yet.

Agreements

The service agreement concept

Families will receive a written agreement identifying both parties, the fee, service scope, responsibilities, exclusions, refund triggers, and dispute process — before any payment is finalised.

Sample agreement

Coming after legal review

Stamp paper does not equal a government guarantee. Enforceability depends on applicable law and careful drafting — our documents will be professionally reviewed before commercial launch.

Our commitments

What we promise

  • Transparent recommendations, including India and abroad options compared on merit.
  • Clear, jargon-free communication with students and parents.
  • Documented scope for every paid engagement.
  • Respect for student data — collected minimally and used only for the purpose explained to you.
  • Disclosure of relevant commercial relationships that could affect a recommendation.

No exceptions

What we never promise

  • Guaranteed admission to any institution.
  • Guaranteed scholarship or financial aid.
  • Guaranteed visa approval.
  • Guaranteed internship or job placement.
  • Fabricated rankings, statistics, or outcome claims.

Transparency

How recommendations and commissions work

Our intended policy is straightforward: a commercial relationship relevant to a recommendation — such as a referral arrangement with an institution — should never be hidden from your family. This disclosure policy is not yet finalised or independently audited, and we won't claim otherwise.

Your data

Data and document protection

  • Data minimisation — we intend to collect only what is needed for the purpose explained to you.
  • Consent — clear consent is requested before any follow-up contact.
  • Controlled access — only relevant team members would access student records.
  • Deletion on request — a process for requesting data deletion is planned; contact us to ask about your data.

Questions

Trust Center FAQ

What does 'Pending verification' mean?

It means the item — for example, a registration number — has not yet been confirmed with supporting documentation. We show this status rather than presenting an unverified claim as fact.

Will you ever guarantee an outcome?

No. We will never guarantee admission, scholarship, visa, or job outcomes, because none of these are within any consultancy's control.

How are commissions or partnerships disclosed?

Our intended policy is that any commercial relationship relevant to a recommendation is disclosed to the family. This policy is not yet finalised or independently audited.

What is a 'sample agreement'?

It is a placeholder showing the structure a future service agreement will follow. It is not a binding legal document and is not available for download until legal review is complete.

How do refunds work?

Refund conditions will be shared before payment and documented in writing. See the Refund Policy placeholder for the categories the final policy will cover.

Who do I contact with a complaint?

The intended escalation path is counsellor, then service manager, then a formal grievance contact. Contact details will be published here once finalised.

Make your next decision a little clearer

Talk to a counsellor about your goals — no pressure, and no obligation to buy anything.
